I'm very fortunate to find Oxana, she helped me in the delivery of my dream pup, Lily. At the time, I knew it would be a big process to get Lily all the way from Yakustk,Russia (located in eastern Siberia), to NYC but Oxana assured me that it would be possible and to leave all the details to her.
